上海鋼管行業(yè)協(xié)會(以下簡稱:本會)，英文Shanghai Steel Tube Industry Association(英文縮寫: SSTA)，于2000年4月在上海寶鋼成立，由寶鋼集團(tuán)公司擔(dān)任首任會長。本會是1999年12月31日經(jīng)上海市經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員會批準(zhǔn)，在上海市民政局注冊登記，由鋼管產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈企業(yè)以及其他相關(guān)經(jīng)濟(jì)組織自愿組成，并實(shí)行行業(yè)服務(wù)和自律管理的行業(yè)性、非營利社會團(tuán)體法人。
本會現(xiàn)有會員企業(yè)200余家，產(chǎn)品覆蓋無縫鋼管、焊接鋼管、復(fù)合鋼管、異型鋼管和冷彎型鋼等，產(chǎn)品材質(zhì)包括碳素鋼 (合金鋼) 和不銹鋼兩大類。會員企業(yè)還包括鋼管產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的鋼管裝備制造商、倉儲物流提供商、資訊產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)商和鋼管產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易商等。
本會堅(jiān)持中國共產(chǎn)黨的全面領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，設(shè)立中國共產(chǎn)黨支部委員會。本會堅(jiān)持深入學(xué)習(xí)貫徹習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會主義思想，在工作中，堅(jiān)持“兩個(gè)確立”，做到“兩個(gè)維護(hù)”，為實(shí)現(xiàn)黨的二十大提出的目標(biāo)任務(wù)而團(tuán)結(jié)奮斗。
本會的宗旨:遵守國家憲法、法律和法規(guī)，以服務(wù)為宗旨，維護(hù)行業(yè)共同利益，溝通會員與政府、社會的聯(lián)系，促進(jìn)行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。本會的辦會理念: 與市場同步，做好參謀助手; 與企業(yè)同心，提供專業(yè)服務(wù); 與行業(yè)同行，促進(jìn)規(guī)范發(fā)展。本會的服務(wù)理念: 政府的需要，協(xié)會的任務(wù); 會員的需求，協(xié)會的追求。以品質(zhì)、人格、能力、實(shí)效為政府和鋼管行業(yè)企事業(yè)單位提供可信、可靠、有用、有效的服務(wù)。
本會是中國鋼鐵工業(yè)協(xié)會團(tuán)體會員，中國鋼結(jié)構(gòu)協(xié)會鋼管分會副理事長單位。2008年本會被商務(wù)部首批命名為全國27個(gè)公平貿(mào)易基層工作點(diǎn)之一；2010年被上海市商務(wù)委授予第一批“上海市進(jìn)出口公平貿(mào)易行業(yè)工作站”，工作站先后榮獲2018年優(yōu)秀服務(wù)獎(jiǎng)和“上海市2021年度優(yōu)秀進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易工作站”的光榮稱號。
本會積極響應(yīng)黨的二十屆三中全會提出的 “高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是全面建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化國家的首要任務(wù)”的號召，致力于會員單位的“降本增效”和“轉(zhuǎn)型升級”，探討研究傳統(tǒng)鋼管制造向智能制造、綠色低碳高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，引導(dǎo)會員企業(yè)構(gòu)建以國內(nèi)大循環(huán)為主體、國內(nèi)國際雙循環(huán)相互促進(jìn)的新發(fā)展格局，協(xié)助會員企業(yè)在“一帶一路”國家重大項(xiàng)目中受益，充分發(fā)揮政企橋梁的作用，組織協(xié)調(diào)會員企業(yè)開展貿(mào)易摩擦應(yīng)對; 大力宣傳推廣會員產(chǎn)品; 協(xié)助會員拓展業(yè)務(wù)渠道; 維護(hù)全體會員共同利益。
本會堅(jiān)信在以中國式現(xiàn)代化全面推進(jìn)強(qiáng)國建設(shè)、中華民族復(fù)興偉業(yè)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，行業(yè)協(xié)會有著其它組織和機(jī)構(gòu)無法替代的重要作用。協(xié)會提倡會員企業(yè)團(tuán)結(jié)一致，共同發(fā)展，避免惡性競爭，提升產(chǎn)品競爭力，共同打造行業(yè)區(qū)域競爭優(yōu)勢!
Introduction of Shanghai Steel Tube Industry Association
The Shanghai Steel Tube Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as "the Association" or "SSTA") was established in April 2000 at Baosteel in Shanghai, with Baosteel Group Corporation serving as the founding president. Recognized and registered on December 31, 1999, by the Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, the Association is a statutory, non-profit social organization composed voluntarily of enterprises along the steel tube industry chain and other relevant economic entities. It functions as an industry service and self-regulatory body.
Currently, the Association has over 200 member enterprises, covering a broad range of products including seamless steel pipes, welded steel pipes, composite steel pipes, special-shaped steel pipes, and cold-formed steel profiles. The materials utilized encompass carbon steels (including alloy steels) and stainless steels. Its membership also includes upstream and downstream manufacturers of steel tube equipment, warehousing and logistics service providers, information technology service firms, and steel pipe trading companies.
Adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Communist Party of China, the Association has established a Party Branch Committee. It steadfastly studies and implements Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, upholding the "Two Establishments" and ensuring the "Two Safeguards," uniting efforts to realize the goals articulated at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
The purpose of the Association is to abide by the Constitution, laws, and regulations of the state, serving as the core mission to safeguard the common interests of the industry, facilitate communication between members, government, and society, and promote high-quality industry development. Its guiding principles include aligning with market dynamics, providing professional advisory services, fostering industry standards, and supporting the needs of government and member enterprises. Committed to quality, integrity, capability, and effectiveness, the Association aims to deliver trustworthy, reliable, practical, and effective services to government bodies and steel tube enterprises.
The Association is a member of the China Iron & Steel Industry Association and serves as Vice Chairman of the Steel Pipe Branch of the China Steel Structure Association. In 2008, it was among the first 27 grassroots units recognized by the Ministry of Commerce for fair trade work nationwide. In 2010, it was designated as one of the initial "Shanghai Import and Export Fair Trade Industry Workstations" by the Shanghai Municipal Commerce Commission, subsequently winning the 2018 Excellent Service Award and the "2021 Shanghai Import and Export Trade Excellent Workstation" honorary title.
Responding proactively to the call of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee that "high-quality development is the primary task for building a modern socialist country," the Association is dedicated to helping members reduce costs, improve efficiency, and undertake transformational upgrades. It explores innovations from traditional steel tube manufacturing toward intelligent, green, low-carbon, high-quality development. It guides members to build a new development pattern prioritizing domestic circulation while mutually promoting domestic and international cycles, assisting them in benefiting from major projects along the Belt and Road Initiative, and enhancing its role as a bridge between government and industry. The Association organizes and coordinates member efforts in responding to trade disputes, promotes member products, supports business expansion, and safeguards the collective interests of all members.
The Association firmly believes that during this critical period of advancing Chinese modernization and achieving national rejuvenation, industry associations play an irreplaceable role that other organizations cannot fulfill. It encourages member enterprises to unite, pursue shared development, avoid destructive competition, enhance product competitiveness, and collaboratively establish regional industry advantages.
